WELCOME JARED!
We’re excited to welcome Jared Meehl to the team at Valley Plains Equipment!
Jared graduated from Central Cass High School in 2013 and continued his education through the John Deere program at NDSCS. After college, he began his career as a John Deere technician at Green Iron Equipment in LaMoure, ND, where he worked until 2018 before moving into a Service Manager role. His hands-on experience and leadership in service bring valuable knowledge and dedication to our team.
Jared and his wife, Dakota, met in 2017 while he was living in LaMoure and have been married since 2020. Dakota grew up in Berlin, ND. Together they have a son, Barrett, who just turned 4 in March, and they’re excited to welcome their second child in late August!
As a family, they love spending as much time outdoors as possible—whether it’s hunting, fishing, golfing, riding motorcycles, or relaxing on the water. Barrett has recently taken a big interest in hunting and fishing, and Jared says it’s been a lot of fun getting him out to experience deer and pheasant hunting. When he’s not out on the water, Barrett can often be found practicing his casting skills right in the driveway!
Jared and his family are excited to be back in North Dakota and closer to family again, and we’re thrilled to have him join the Valley Plains Equipment team.
