We are excited to welcome Luisaene Montemayor to the Valley Plains Equipment team!
Luisaene brings with her a strong agricultural background and a story rooted in hard work and family. She grew up traveling seasonally between Texas/Mexico and North Dakota. That unique upbringing gave her the opportunity to experience different communities while staying closely connected to agriculture.
Luisaene graduated from Kidder County High School in Steele, ND. While living in Dawson, ND, her parents worked — and continue to work — at Dawson Farms, where Luisaene also became deeply involved, gaining valuable experience, responsibility, and a strong appreciation for the agriculture industry.
When spending time in Texas and Mexico, Luisaene loved being in El Saucito, Nuevo León — a small town she proudly calls home. Some of her favorite memories include chasing sheep and cows and playing in the dirt — experiences that helped shape her love for agriculture and animals.

She enjoys spending time with her dogs, Dallas and Whiskey
She is a huge fan of cows — and cow print everything… literally! 🐄
